Great location for exploring the city. The hotel's proximity to historic landmarks, such as Schindler's Factory and the Jewish ghetto, adds a fascinating historical dimension to your stay. The rooms are surprisingly nice with all the necessary amenities. The included breakfast is good and the value for money is excellent. I would recommend this hotel for its location and value.

Hospitality of personnel
There were 2 problems: - we did not receive information before booking, that there is no way of cancelling reservation. The hotel payment policy: they blocked the price once for 5 days, and then they blocked it again 2 days before arrival. When we checked out they transferred the price from our account, and the money blocked before our arrival is still blocked. So now money in value of 800 zloty is not available for us, and we received the SMS from our bank, that 717 zloty has been transferred from our account.

A great hotel within walking distance of the centre of Krakow. The Wilga hotel is a modern hotel located close to the Wistula river with very good staff. The room was very comfortable and clean. The selection of food and drink at breakfast is very good Getting to the centre of Krakow from the hotel takes about 15 minutes, and that is walking quite slowly. Taxis are cheap and efficient if you don’t fancy walking. English was spoken in the bars and restaurants we went to. Highly recommended for your Krakow stay

The hotel's location on the outskirts of the main part of the city was a great advantage. It was easy to get to from the town center and not far from Schindler's Factory. Despite being away from the hustle and bustle, it offered a convenient base to explore the city.
All the aspects of the hotel were satisfactory.

Rather new. Breakfast good enough.
Not far from city center but difficult to reach it as transportation is not very close. We had room in the end and internet was not working there at all.

The hotel staff was very kind and helpful, speaking very good English as well. The room was not big but very nice & so was the bathroom. Both had all necessary facilities for a comfortable stay. With windows closed the noise from the highway is tolerable.
Location is not so good - it takes 20-25 min of walking to reach the city centre. When coming back from the city, the last 5 min you walk along a small and somewhat dark street, which is not very pleasant. However, we did not have any problems.

I recently stayed at this hotel on a school history trip, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The rooms were surprisingly spacious and tidy, with enough space for all four of us. The breakfasts were well-prepared and delicious, and I was impressed that we were even provided with sandwiches upon our arrival, without pre-ordering them. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially when we had trouble with our door. Additionally, the view of the river from our room was lovely, adding to the overall pleasant experience.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic - no complaints!

This hotel was a nice surprise. It is relatively new, the spacious rooms overlook the Wilga river, a side river river to the Vistula. Wilga offers convenient parking places in front of the entrance, its designers used a lot of yellow paint both inside and outside, but the overall effect is quite optimistic, especially considering the jazzy, slightly psychodelic, brown and white wallpaper in the room. The breakfast room is very spacious, and never overcrowded, because the hotel is not big. I think it is designed for the younger crowd from Western Europe, but it will also satisfy 40+ guests if they want to feel like twenty year olds again:) There is a bar and a bowling facility in the basement - a very friendly one. The breakfast buffet was simply great, it offered a variety of salads, fruit etc. (except for the cottage cheese which was no longer fit to eat). This hotel is a safe bet if you want to visit Cracow because it is indeed within a let's say 25 minutes' walking distance from the Kazimierz district and the Old Town provided you haven't drunk too much (just walk across the bridge). So the location is perfect especially considering the price.
A slightly strange smell when you enter the lobby - I think it's because of the nearby waste water management station. Walls between the rooms are rather thin so you may hear some unwelcome noises from the corridor, like young people running back and forth, but otherwise it was ok, ok and ok:).

The hotel is located in a quiet, residential area not too far from the city center. Previous reviews mention clean and comfortable rooms with modern bathrooms, great customer service with English-speaking staff, and ample breakfast options. the hotel is equipped with a bowling alley and 24/7 reception.

Great prices and friendly staff during my weekend stay in Poland. The hotel was in a convenient location and it had modern bathrooms which were much appreciated. The check-out time was also very comfortable as I could enjoy the morning without worrying about checking out too early.
The rooms looked very boxy and uncomfortable, with minimal decor. The breakfast was also quite basic and didn't have many options to choose from.

This hotel offers great value for money, with prices that won't break the bank. The staff are attentive and pay attention to details, ensuring a comfortable stay. The location, close to the city center and Kazimierz, is a big plus, as it allows easy access to all the main attractions. The basic amenities in the rooms, including a comfy bed, provide everything you need for a pleasant stay.
All was satisfactory, no improvements needed.

The hotel is conveniently located near the main sights and attractions, making it easy to explore the city. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet had a good variety of tasty options. the hotel staff were friendly and approachable, always willing to help.
The hotel was situated in a less desirable area and the walk back could be a bit unsettling at night. the restaurant was a bit overpriced for the quality of the food.

We had a great stay in this hotel. It was very clean, had great hotel facilities like a bowling alley and pool tables, and provided parking for those who arrive by car. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The location was perfect as it was close enough to walk to the city centre, but also located on a very quiet street in a residential neighborhood on the other side of the river. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
For us, it was ideal.
